Scot Drake, President

Scot Drake is a Branch Manager for NAS Surety Group working out of their offices in Orange, CA. Scot began his surety career 7 years ago and during his time in the industry has gained experience in both subdivision and contract underwriting. Scot graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor's degree in Economics and is actively pursuing his AFSB and CPCU designations.

William T. Kieffer IV, Vice President

Will Kieffer is a Senior Bond Underwriter for IFIC, working out of their Santa Monica, CA office. Will began his career working for Liberty in July of 2007, working in both contract and commercial surety until July of 2009 when he switched to IFIC. Will previously attended Vassar College, a liberal arts college in Poughkeepsie, NY, from 2003-2007. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics. He was a four year starter on the men's varsity basketball team while at Vassar, finishing his playing career third in school history in games played, fourth all-time in rebounds, fifth all-time in blocks, and eighth all-time in assists. Will recently obtained his AFSB designation in January of 2009. He has plans to continue his education for a CPCU designation.

Christina Gharibian, Secretary/Treasurer

Christina Gharibian is an Account Underwriter for Travelers Insurance working out of their office in Diamond Bar, CA. Christina began her surety career over 3 years ago focusing in Contract Surety. Prior to working for Travelers she worked for UBS Financial Services and Morgan Stanley. The knowledge and experience gained from each position has assisted in her development of becoming a successful, goal-oriented professional. Christina graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She plans to further continue her education by pursing her MBA.
